Once you have found an item that you wish to purchase, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on "Add One To Basket" or "Buy One Now", found next to or below the item description. If necessary, specify the quantity and or choose your selection(s) by clicking on the drop down arrow buttons. When you are finished shopping and are ready to check out, click on the "Check Out" or "Buy One Now" button located next to the photo. You will be requested to enter your login and password to continue or you may bypass this procedure and click on "Place Order Without Account". You will now be requested to complete your shipping and billing information. Your first purchase will be completed by using our Standard Checkout *(Express Checkout can be selected in the future by entering your account with login name and password, which make ordering quick and easy). Before submitting your order, you will have one final opportunity to review your order *(to check quantities, credit card and shipping information).

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales amount, less the original shipping charges. The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturers box/bags and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item(s).
Important Note: Any claims for damaged items due to shipping must be submitted by phone 1-800-295-1541 or e-mail returns@giftbutlers.com to our Customer Service Department within (10) business days after delivery of your item(s). We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund after this time period. A copy of your order invoice form must arrive with your returned item or we will not be able to credit your account and will not return the item.If items are approved for a return past the (10) business day period and or are in un-sellable condition there will be a 20% restocking fee. If the return is the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via UPS and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund including the original shipping costs. How to Return An Item 1. Packing your return - Place the item in its original packaging with all documents and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your order invoice form. Please clearly write " Return" on the outside of your box. 2. Receipt of your item - We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed and your account credited.
